RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Greenhand Shop is a small independently owned business located in Southern California. We do our best to uphold the highest standard of quality and care possible for each of our products. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in great condition and we guarantee that the quality of our merchandise will meet expectations. 

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and delivery and we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. If an item has been worn or is not in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply. 

 

If you prefer to exchange your item for another product at The Greenhand Shop, please contact us. The item must be in its original condition and the exchange request made within 30 days of receipt of delivery. After contacting The Greenhand Shop, you can place a new order on the website and send back the original order. You will be credited back a full refund as soon as the original item is received at The Greenhand Shop (minus shipping expenses which will be covered by YOU).  

 

Please note if a customer orders one item and exchanges it, there will be no restocking fee. If a customer orders more than one item, there will be a 15% restocking fee on all items except on the first item. 

 

Ordering Multiple Items 

If a customer orders one item and returns it, there will be no restocking fee. If a customer orders more than one item, there will be a 15% restocking fee on each item returned. For example, if a customer orders two or more items (in one or more transactions/orders), keeps one and returns the rest, there will be a 15% restocking fee on each item returned. 

 

This policy was put in place to discourage customers from ordering multiple items for comparison purposes. The practice of comparison increases our costs and will result in higher prices. Once your return order is received at The Greenhand Shop, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure it is in its original condition. Once approved, we will issue your refund minus the restocking fee and the cost of shipping to the original form of payment (credit card, Paypal). 

 

Please Note: We are unable to accept the returns of “Face Masks” due to health/hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. 

 

How long does it take to receive a Credit for a returned item? 

After we receive the returned item, it takes between 1 and 5 business days to complete the return process. A refund will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one to two monthly billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

 

The item MUST be received at The Greenhand Shop WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of receipt of delivery from The Greenhand Shop. Any items received after (thirty) 30 days from the shipment delivery date will not be accepted or refunded. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned. 

 

What if the product is defective due manufacturing error? 

If the order shipped if defective due to manufacturing errors, printer issues or technical errors, The Greenhand Shop will refund the full cost of the returned item and will also reimburse you for the shipping charges that apply to send the order back to us. 

 

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back. If issues arise with the replacement order, The Greenhand Shop can arrange to set up a new order, using the refund which will cover the production and shipping cost of this new order or it can be withdrawn to the same payment source where it initially came from anytime. 

 

Shipping Policy

The shipping times listed on the Website are estimated average times and are in no way guaranteed. Given the current circumstances of COVID-19 affecting mailing times as well as the current political and economic climate affecting the United States Postal Service, please expect some delay with orders as transit times are being impacted. If your order seems to be taking an unusually long time to be delivered, please contact Betsie at The Greenhand Shop at info@thegreenhandshop.com. 

 

If the produced order is lost during shipment, The Greenhand Shop will investigate with its print providers and may provide replacements when appropriate. The Greenhand Shop nor its print providers (Printify and Printful) does not give refunds for orders that have been shipped without tracking until they are verified to be lost. 

 

If an order has not been delivered in 30 calendar days (for domestic US or regional EU orders) or in 45 calendar days (for international orders), customers should contact The Greenhand Shop within 1 week in order to be eligible for a reprint/refund. 

 

Notification for EU Consumers: 

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;

  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, 

therefore The Greenhand Shop and its fellow print providers, [Printful & Printify] reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. 

 

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
